Preliminary computational screen surfaces four candidate scaffolds for further review

An AI-guided docking exploration narrowed a scaffold library down to four preliminary computational hits against a modeled BRAF-Δ pocket. These are predicted binding results only — not experimentally confirmed. Wet-lab validation is a proposed next step, pending CRO / academic partnership.

Fundraising

Phase-1 fundraising goal set at $100K (target, not yet raised)

We are opening conversations with prospective backers to fund a proposed Phase-1 wet-lab validation plan. No commitments are confirmed at this stage; all figures below are targets, not raised capital.

Planning first cohort of student research contributors

We are scoping a small planned cohort of student research contributors and matching mentors. Applications and pairings are in progress; no cohort is finalized yet.

Planned winter seminar: AlphaFold for high-school researchers

A four-week seminar on structural biology and small-molecule design is in planning. Cohort size and date are illustrative targets — details will be posted once a program lead and venue are confirmed.

Early molecular-dynamics exploration of a proposed BRAF resistance pocket

Short molecular-dynamics runs on a modeled alternate hydrophobic pocket generated an initial computational hypothesis worth testing. This is a proposed thesis, not an experimentally confirmed binding claim. A preprint will only be prepared if and when wet-lab data support it.
